A redesign to improve alert processing

Another major development is now live on the AML Factory platform! The redesign of alert management is a guarantee of efficiency in your daily life, but above all, the assurance of better qualifying alerts and escalating the maximum amount of information to the competent people.

🔔 An exhaustive summary of the alert

All information relating to the alert (status, sources, alert type, date and time, category, triggering event, etc.) is gathered in one place for a better interpretation of the alert with the possibility of assigning it directly to the right person. 

👁 Additional customer information

The associated customer file is also enhanced with important information such as the score, risk level, screening status and associated monitoring level. The compliance officer have direct access from the customer file to all information concerning them.

📂 A guide to actions to be taken for enhanced examinations or suspicious activity reports

When an alert is categorized as an enhanced examination or a suspicious activity report, an informational message about the regulatory "must-haves" to be completed is displayed. Our long-term objective: to transform this informational message into new fields to characterize the alert and provide the elements required by regulations in such situations (a true GPS for users who are not - yet - accustomed to the regulator's requirements!).

🚠 Integrated escalation mechanism

Enhanced due diligence, suspicious activity reports, no latency, everything is instantly transmitted to the competent person for faster and more secure processing.

This redesign is part of our desire to offer you maximum simplicity in managing your compliance. Now fully deployed, this new alert management page is a major step forward for all users of the platform.
